Registration Procedures for the Aptitude Tests

Registration for the Aptitude Tests is conducted exclusively through the Electronic Coordination Website at:

https://tansik.digital.gov.eg

Registration Period:
From Friday, July 17, 2026, to Thursday, August 6, 2026.

Registration Steps

1. Applicants should access the Electronic Coordination Website through the link provided above and select the Aptitude Test Registration
2. To begin the registration process, applicants must enter:
   • Their National ID Number.
   • Their General Secondary Education Examination Seat Number.
3. The applicant's personal information will then appear, including:
   • Seat Number
   • Full Name
   • National ID Number
   • Governorate
   • Educational Administration
   • Secondary School
   • Academic Stream (Science, Mathematics, or Literary)

Applicants are advised to carefully verify the accuracy of all displayed information before proceeding.

4. A list of the available aptitude tests, together with the corresponding faculties and designated examination venues, will be displayed.
5. Applicants should select the required aptitude test(s). The examination date will then be assigned automatically within two to three days, depending on the number of applicants and the scheduling capacity of each faculty.
6. Upon successful completion of the registration process, applicants should print the registration confirmation slip, which includes:
   • The selected aptitude test(s)
   • Examination date(s)
   • Examination venue(s)

Payment Procedures

• The aptitude test fee must be paid electronically only, through one of the approved payment channels, including:
  • Prepaid Cards
  • Credit Cards
  • Authorized Electronic Payment Service Providers
• No other payment methods will be accepted.
• Examination appointments will only be confirmed after the payment has been successfully completed through the approved channels listed on the Aptitude Test Registration Website.
• If payment has been completed but the examination venue or appointment does not appear, or if any other technical issues arise, applicants should contact the Technical Support Center at:

• For additional information, applicants are advised to consult the Student Guide available through the QR Code.
• Examination fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed and the examination appointment has been confirmed.
• Each aptitude test may only be taken once during the designated examination period. Applicants who do not pass are not permitted to retake the same aptitude test.
• Paper certificates or written notifications issued by faculties regarding aptitude test results shall not be considered official. Official results are announced exclusively through the Electronic Coordination Website.
• If an applicant has conflicting examination schedules, the examination may be postponed through the concerned faculty, provided that the request is submitted within the officially announced registration and examination period.

Required Documents for the Aptitude Test

Applicants are required to bring the following documents on the examination day:

• The original General Secondary Education Examination Seat Number and one photocopy for each aptitude test.
• The printed Examination Appointment Confirmation issued through the Electronic Coordination Website.
• The official Payment Receipt.
• A valid National Identification Card or another accepted official identification document.
• One recent passport-sized photograph for each aptitude test.
• Applicants are also advised to retain copies of all registration and payment reference numbers displayed during the online registration process for future reference.
